I am a mama & wife, yogini & nutritionista, entrepreneur, author, cancer thriver and lover of life. I'm wild at heart and think of myself as a practical mystic. I love good food, dark chocolate and Prosseco. Paris is my favourite city; I'm crazy about the moon and passionate about embracing the Divine Femme.
In December 2011 I gave birth to my son at home and discovered a lump on my neck that same night. A week later, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I was a twenty eight year old vegetarian yogi, and now a new mama, completely blind sided by life. Lost and confused, disheartened and depressed, I questioned everything I had ever believed. Although somewhat terrified that I might not live to see my thirtieth birthday, deep down, I trusted that for some wild reason I could not yet understand, this crazy crisis was happening for me.
Today, over four years after finding the lump on my neck, I am cancer free and attribute the courage it took to go through cancer treatments, to my empowering birth experience. I am am passionate about reminding women to trust their body and it’s innate intelligence. Through writing, teaching yoga, and sharing my own story of brith/death/rebirth, I hope to remind you of the healing soul power that lies within your wildly resilient body and heart.
